 ecently, Frank and I took delivery of an Okanagan 27-5A model fifth wheel, which we custom ordered. We made this purchase after spending considerable time in research. Not only did we research layouts and product quality; but we also looked for a dealership where we felt at home.

The Okanagan product is a quality product. Thank you to Al Mullins for the extra cabinetry in the bedroom... what a difference that has made not only in the aesthetic value of the product but also to the storage capacity. We would recommend that you include the additional cabinetry in the future "twin bed" units. We showed our unit to many of our RV friends and, without exception, they were impressed by both the unit itself AND the twin beds. It seems the "over 60 crowd" would like twin beds in their RV's, so this option should be given some extra attention in you brochure. It is, after all, the over 60 crowd who have the money and the time to shop.
GregsRV has a "family" feel.... welcoming, friendly and respectful. All are obviously knowledgeable and the family communication is obvious. It would be hard to name names in this business because every one of them that we met has given us excellent, friendly and timely service. The team work is so complete that it would be hard to name the driving force. Sales staff, service staff, parts staff and business staff have all listened to our needs. Understood them and given us the service we needed. We felt free to wander through the building and lot because it is welcoming.
Okanagan made a good choice for their Island dealership. Greg's RV made a good choice of the product they wanted to handle, a winning combination.

e purchased a used Komfort Trailer from Greg's RV Place in 3003 and discovered a problem with it in the Spring of 2004. We called them and without hesitation the company said they would resolve the problem even though it was not under warranty and they took our word over the telephone.
Not only did they fix the problem and replaced the carpet at both ends so it matched but picked up and delivered the trailer from our property and all at no charge to us.
